You never share space with hotel guests, and the 25th floor is a private lounge level for owners only, with a bar, boardroom, fitness center, outdoor grilling areas, and a rooftop dog park with views toward Tysons and Reston Town Center. ⠀ The service side is what sets this apart from a conventional condo building. There’s a 24/7 concierge, valet parking, and an à la carte menu that includes in-residence dining, a personal chef, grocery shopping, dog walking, and dry cleaning. Ownership also comes with elite status in the Marriott Bonvoy program. ⠀ We walked two units on camera, a two-bedroom and a two-bedroom plus den, and both were noticeably roomier than the square footage suggests. Ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and quartzite countertops throughout.
